You might be a one of those people that know God called you to use your voice in music to glorify Him. You might be singing on the worship team or specials in your local church regularly. But let me tell you, it takes great humility for any singer to take vocal lessons. Vocal coaching can happen only to those who wants to seek growth in their gifts, "give themselves WHOLLY to it" (1 Timothy 4:15), and has a teachable heart. You might have heard from others, "Hey, you sing great!" But if you knew you could sing better, would you consider growing more? We as Christian singers, want to seek greater gifts, not to glorify ourselves or elevate our egos. But to glorify the Creator who gave us the gift to sing and minister to those thirsty souls who gather to worship our God.
I knew God had gifted me to sing since I was a little girl and even before I knew my Creator. Of course, He called me to serve in music soon after I was saved. I sang in church for several years before I received the professional vocal coach as a roster artist with Incubator Creative Group (IncubatorOnline.com). I've learned many more skills than I could never have learned by my own through the teachings of my vocal coach.
Hebrews 12:11 (AMP) says, "For the time being no discipline brings joy, but seems grievous and painful; but afterwards it yields a peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it [a harvest of fruit which consists in righteousness—in conformity to God’s will in purpose, thought, and action, resulting in right living and right standing with God]."
Sometimes, it is hard to humble ourselves and receive training. But it leads to the greater fruit and harvest in ministry. If you raised your hand and said, "Let me be the best singer I can be and bring glory to You, My Father in Heaven!", please contact me through the form below.
